Description:
seeking an Application Specialist to come in and be there Manhattan SME. They are in the middle of transitioning from their old, legacy homegrown system to Manhattan WMOS. Their goal is to implement this solution to all warehouses in 2026. As of today, 10 of 26 warehouses have implemented Manhattan in their environment. The goal is to move forward with the remaining 16 at a pace of one per month. If any issues arise, they need someone they can go to.
They're looking for someone to come in and be their team expert: support incident investigations, help with stabilizing their support process and trouble-shooting, and there is a degree of creating OSCI reports.
Big components:
- Supporting go lives for incident investigations (from a technical perspective)
- Solution building (database familiarity, SQL capabilities)

Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge required.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.

Experience with support of Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
Hands on experience with Manhattan WMS/WMOS preferred.
Supply chain experience preferred.
Experience participating in and leading projects preferred.
A minimum of 3 years' experience implementing large scale warehouse management solutions preferred.
Experience with SQL - Intermediate to Advanced skillset preferred.
Experience in Jira and Confluence systems preferred.
Exposure with SSIS/SSRS reporting preferred.
