Datamax is looking for self-motivated individuals that are interested in an exciting career with today s latest technology in office equipment. Datamax is one of the largest suppliers of copiers, faxes, and printers in Texas. We are looking for candidates with computer / networking backgrounds to remotely assist customers with their IT needs and install state of the art office equipment, print drivers, email settings and various software packages at our customer locations.

Responsibilities:

  • The Connectivity Team Support Specialist will provide technical support for both on-site and remote users.
  • Support remote customers by troubleshooting printing issues, scan functionality and other errors.
  • Work with customers remote networking machines.
  • Work with Datamax back-end applications.
  • Perform onsite installations of copiers and applications.
  • Provide onsite support and direction to Field Service Technicians
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers expectations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their IT needs.
