Pay Rate: $70,000.00/Year to $80,000.00/Year
Duration: Contract

Job Summary:
- In this role, you ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient production of high-quality products by utilizing your expertise in critical process operations.
- As a key player in our production process, you ll oversee equipment assembly and cleaning, batch documentation, and compliance with GMP/GDP standards, all while contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing practices.
- You'll also have the opportunity to train and mentor team members, resolve operational challenges, and collaborate with various departments to meet production goals. .
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Utilize qualifications to perform critical process steps, supporting continuous operations in accordance with Batch Record manufacturing instructions and current labor standards to ensure the safe and efficient production of high-quality products.
- Assemble, disassemble, and clean manufacturing equipment as needed to support operations, following GMP procedures to guarantee proper operation and cleanliness.
- Conduct daily reviews of batch documentation for accuracy and completeness. At the end of each batch, ensure all documentation is accurate and complete before submission for final review.
- Ensure Operators monitor and document critical process parameters throughout the manufacturing process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process and equipment issues independently. Notify the manager and collaborate with departments such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, Technical Services, and R&D to resolve any issues efficiently.
- Partner with Quality Assurance and Engineering to confirm that manufacturing processes meet all quality specifications.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on production procedures, providing support for investigations, CAPAs, projects, new product introductions, and procedure development or revisions.
- Monitor production schedules and resolve any conflicts. Coordinate resources with other departments to ensure production goals are met.
- Train new employees on processes and positions, and retrain existing personnel as necessary.
- Assist the Section Leader in assigning qualified personnel to meet production demands, including scheduling overtime when needed.
- Ensure all personnel are properly trained and qualified before assigning tasks.
- Enforce and comply with GMP/GDP standards to minimize cross-contamination, holding personnel accountable for compliance.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Follow all departmental and company safety policies to prevent injuries to yourself and others.
- Step in to support associates in processing rooms as needed.
- Train and audit production employees to ensure compliance with current, approved SOPs.
- Support and promote Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives to ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as needed to meet production schedules or comply with cGMPs.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve all department objectives.
- Adhere to our Code of Conduct, Business Ethics, and all regulatory, compliance, and safety requirements.
- Uphold housekeeping and 5S initiatives, and perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor s Degree in Mechanic, Electrical Engineering or combination of work experience required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong leadership, coaching, manufacturing expertise, safety knowledge, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
- In-depth understanding and adherence to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), safety, environmental, and security policies.
- Proficient in computer systems (e.g., SAP, Web Navigation, Email, MS Word, and MS Excel).
- Ability to read, comprehend, and apply policies, SOPs, batch records, and cleaning procedures in English.
- Strong English writing skills for completing batch record documentation.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and oral
- Ability to follow detailed written and oral instructions and apply problem-solving techniques in standardized situations.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced Lean Manufacturing environment required, with GMP experience (pharmaceutical/biotechnology).
- 3+ years of experience in aseptic environments, sterile filling, or aseptic techniques .
- 3+ years of experience with Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) operations highly .
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
