The Associate Director of Member Outreach and Engagement will spearhead a dynamic team dedicated to improving oral health outcomes through strategic member engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership (30%)
Lead and inspire a team of 10+ outreach coordinators to execute comprehensive member outreach strategies
Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive efficiencies in team processes and exceed outreach goals
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and maintain competitive edge
Program Management and Optimization (25%)
Establish robust monitoring and tracking systems to ensure outreach efforts meet client expectations and contractual requirements
Analyze member data to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend optimizations
Manage team schedules and resources against annual budget allocations
Client and Stakeholder Management (20%)
Lead client outreach meetings, presenting program goals, objectives, and status updates with executive presence
Build and nurture cross-functional relationships to meet team goals and exceed client expectations
Cultivate a network of strategic partnerships to enhance outreach capabilities
Performance Analysis and Reporting (15%)
Monitor, measure, and report key performance metrics of member outreach tactics
Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and strategy development
Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management and clients
Team Development (10%)
Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field
7+ years of relevant experience in customer experience, member engagement marketing, project management, or consulting
3-5+ years of experience managing teams of 10+ people
Demonstrated success in strategic management, planning, and project execution
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics tracking
Preferred
Master's degree in relevant field
Experience in healthcare or oral health industry
Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar
