JOB SUMMARY

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a growing team of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives. The RSM will report directly to our Chief Sales Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES and REQUIREMENTS:

  • Manage and grow a team of dedicated sales executives in Chicago
  • Hire additional team members
  • Establish strong relationships at all levels with clients, strategic partners and company employees
  • Leverage existing relationships to help introduce Sayers
  • Identify areas to engage our SME’s to help understand our value / expertise
  • Effectively run a sales cycle utilizing Sayers resources including engineers, project managers, delivery teams, client success managers and Executive Team
  • Meet quarterly and yearly quota goals set by Sayers Executive Team

EXPERIENCE

  • Five years of technology related sales experience
  • Three years of management experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Highly motivated, organized, adaptable & driven
  • Storytelling

  • College Degree (preferred)
