Salesforce Integration Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Integration Specialist with in-depth experience in Salesforce API development and data integration. In this role, you will focus on integrating Salesforce with other business applications, leveraging the Salesforce API, and ensuring seamless data flow across platforms to support our business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions for integrating Salesforce with various applications using Salesforce APIs and integration tools.
• Manage end-to-end integration projects, including planning, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom API integrations, connectors, and middleware solutions to facilitate data exchange.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems by managing data mapping, transformation, and validation processes.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for integration issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Document integration processes, configurations, and changes for reference and support.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Salesforce API Expertise: Deep understanding of Salesforce REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs for data integration and custom development.
• Salesforce Data Integration: Strong experience with integration tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar, and understanding of integration patterns (batch, real-time).
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce s data model. Familiarity with JSON, XML, and data transformation techniques.
• Project Management: Experience managing or contributing to integration projects in Agile or similar methodologies.
• Communication and Collaboration: Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating requirements into effective integration solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer, Integration Architecture Designer).
• Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi).
• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
