The Senior Digital Transformation Consultant will work directly with senior stakeholders from clients and partners within the Healthcare industry specifically Commercial and Government Health Plans.

They will facilitate action with multiple groups across finance, sales, operations, technology and data science.

The senior consultant will be responsible for project management, program management and analysis of strategic and transformational initiatives with clients in the following areas: requirements gathering, technology selection, business process optimization, business case creation, solution design and implementation of digital solutions.

Experience with 12 leading Business Process Management (BPM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or complex data programs is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities include: -

  • Lead and conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather business requirements (process deep dives, data dictionary, reporting and visualization etc.)
  • Document and understand business processes, and produce project roadmaps to deliver solutions that are aligned with the client s strategy.
  • Develop deep, value-based relationships with clients, prospects and partners.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of digital transformation projects in our strategic industries.
  • Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal resources and client teams to develop and execute project plans for multiple initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members and clients on best practices in business analysis and project management.
  • Report status on programs managed on a weekly basis to senior leadership.

Requirements: -

  • A minimum education level of: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS), MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years related healthcare consulting work experience in program/project management, business transformation, data and technology implementation.
  • A minimum of 4 years leading complex technology or database implementations - Strong analytical skills and deep understanding and experience with proven project management methodologies.
  • Ability to manage internal, partner and client resources.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and concisely communicate complex technology and data solutions.
  • Subject Matter Expertise in Health Plan or Government Program (i.e. Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare) Organizations.
