  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect specializing in Experience Cloud to lead the design, development, and implementation of customized solutions that deliver exceptional digital experiences for our customers and partners. In this role, you will drive the architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences, scalability, and high performance while meeting business requirements and maintaining security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect sophisticated Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions (communities, partner portals, self-service sites) that cater to both external and internal user needs, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define and implement a cohesive, high-performance architecture that drives customer engagement, increases adoption, and improves satisfaction.
  • Oversee the integration between Salesforce Experience Cloud and external systems (e.g., ERP, eCommerce, data warehouses), ensuring seamless data flow and minimal friction in integration points.
  • Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize system performance and scalability, proactively identifying areas for improvement to handle increasing customer demands and large-scale traffic.
  • Design robust security protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies to safeguard sensitive customer data.
  • Act as the go-to expert for the development team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Components, and Experience Cloud-specific implementations.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with Salesforce s latest features, especially in Experience Cloud, and bring new, innovative solutions to the business.

Required Skills:

  • Should have at least 10 + years experience in Salesforce with at least 3 years specifically focused on Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions (Communities, Sites, Partner Portals).
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred); Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, and/or Application Architect certifications are highly desirable.
  • Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud implementations, including complex user authentication, branding, advanced workflows, and personalization.
  • Expertise in integration (e.g., REST/SOAP API, middleware solutions) and designing data architectures that scale efficiently.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities across Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, executable technical solutions that deliver measurable results.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, mentoring engineers, and communicating complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
