  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Prepare, research, execute or secure the execution of appropriate documents or instruments to complete the lease review and approval process such as title insurance, deeds, appraisals, environmental documents, etc.
  • Serve as the Headquarters 105(l) program subject matter expert (SME) for the leasing of health care facility space through execution of P.L. 93-638, Section 105(l) leases between the HQ and tribes and tribal organizations (T/TO).
  • Maintain the lease documents that support the requested action. Property types include hospitals, health centers, housing, storage, office space, and other healthcare related space.
  • Consult with tribes on all aspects of the section 105(l) leasing such as when tribes want to change the use of buildings, propose new space or expand existing facilities.
  • Assist with the management a program budget of approximately $300 million with the budget to significantly increase as new lease proposals are submitted.
