  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

  • Communicate with personnel in the organization to keep them updated on new departmental and command policies, procedures, and directives.
  • Counsel employees on performance issues to guide them toward meeting established standards and goals.
  • Initiate formal requests to fill personnel vacancies and assists in applicant selection
  • Authorize personnel actions for the work unit necessary to recruit for vacancies, promote developmental employees, or review position classification.
  • Verify personnel time and attendance of personnel.
  • Research laws and regulations to update standard operating procedures.
  • Receive all requests and develop plans for police support at special events (ie. ceremonies, festivals, air show, seasonal events)
  • Analyze crime statistics and data to identify possible trends
  • Perform police officer duties when needed to assist in shortages.
  • Analyze emergency situations to determine and coordinate appropriate responses between law enforcement, security, fire and other emergency units.
  • Prepare plans to respond in emergency situations involving the entire community
  • Prepare reports about patrol activities, squad efficiency, discipline, and personnel evaluation to submit to higher echelon.
