Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SAP Fieldglass solutions and have hands-on experience with implementing and managing Fieldglass software for contingent workforce and services procurement. This role will be responsible for the configuration, deployment, and support of SAP Fieldglass solutions to meet business requirements and optimize workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the implementation of SAP Fieldglass solutions, including project planning, system configuration, and integration with other systems.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Fieldglass solutions.
- Configure and customize Fieldglass modules, including Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement, and Statement of Work (SOW) Management.
- Support Fieldglass integration with other SAP systems (such as SAP ERP, SuccessFactors) and third-party applications.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and provide support for ongoing Fieldglass issues, enhancements, and system updates.
- Provide end-user training and develop training materials and user guides for SAP Fieldglass users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Fieldglass aligns with the organization's overall procurement and workforce strategy.
- Monitor, optimize, and report on Fieldglass performance and utilization, including system health, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Stay up-to-date with Fieldglass functionality, new releases, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong functional understanding of SAP Fieldglass modules, including Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement, and SOW Management.
- Proven experience with Fieldglass integrations, including SAP ERP, SuccessFactors, and other third-party systems.
- Familiarity with the SAP Fieldglass data model, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
- Knowledge of procurement, workforce management, and supplier management processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills, including requirements gathering, planning, and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- SAP Fieldglass certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform, APIs, and web services for Fieldglass integration.
- Experience with other SAP products, such as SuccessFactors and Ariba.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience in change management and end-user training for large-scale implementations.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
