The Role
Here at DigitalGenius the goal is to become the world s leading automation platform in e-Commerce & Retail. We already have a successful Partner Marketing Manager in Europe and now we want to replicate this role for North America. This role will be focused on two specific areas of our commercial function: Events Marketing and Partner Co-marketing
You ll be responsible for:
- Events Calendar - Own the commercial team events calendar for North America (both digital and IRL events which we, as a company, are owning/sponsoring/attending)
- Partner Marketing - Source, select, plan and execute Partner Co-Marketing activities, working closely with our Head of Partnerships
- Campaign Management - Monitor and analyse campaigns with ease using data to understand the effectiveness of projects and report on them to the business
- Fostering Relationships - Build rapport with industry counterparts in the ecosystem

Requirements
Required Experience
- 1+ years in B2B Software in Sales Enablement, Partnerships or Events
AND/OR
- 2+ years in B2B Software in Marketing / Sales / Product / Success
AND/OR
- 3+ years in Digital Marketing
The successful candidate will
- Be comfortable with decision making but aware of when to escalate decisions/issues to management
- Be willing to contribute to an amazing work culture and environment
- Have a passion for learning
- Be a self starter: you are in charge of your day and are responsible for your own output and productivity
We would prefer to speak with candidates who
- Have a strong knowledge of the eCommerce landscape
- Are enthusiastic about automation and comfortable using software tools which will speed up your output
- Can show evidence of taking ownership
- Have experience of working in a Startup environment
- Can show evidence of excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Are skilled content creators (graphic design, video editing, audio production and/or webinar experience)
