REGULATORY BANKING BUSINESS ANALYST

Provide analysis, definition and documentation of business and data requirements .Pyramid Consulting Group Inc has a banking client with an immediate need for an experienced technical REGULATORY BUSINESS ANALYST with the following background and skill:
Subject matter expertise in Financial and Regulatory Reporting for Financial Institutions well as tools and methodologies used for business analytics. Functional knowledge of the Regulatory Reports (9C/14M/14Q) and knowledge about loans.
5-8 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or a Data Analyst, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or modeling for Asset Liability Management, Treasury Management, Credit Risk Management or SCCL/Basel III Regulations
Experience in FRY 9c, FRY 14M/Q, FR2590, Basel III
Good understanding of the Capital regulations for U.S Banks
Intermediate to advanced level SQL skills for data analysis in Oracle and Teradata databases
Proficiency in Excel, with exposure to BI tools such as Tableau / Microsoft Power BI / Oracle BI
Relevant work experience in interpreting Fed instructions for specific regulatory reports and converting them to technical requirements for building the regulatory reports.
Extensive experience in the analysis, definition and documentation of business and data requirements.
Experience in FRY 9c, FRY 14M/Q, FR2590, Basel III and the corresponding regulatory submissions would be highly relevant. Detailed knowledge of the reports and report layouts pertaining to specific schedules within any of these regulatory reports in required.

Degrees/Certifications:
Preferred - Masters in Finance
