Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to produce innovative, high-quality work
- Partner with account managers, strategists, and clients to understand business objectives and translate them into effective creative solutions
- Develop and maintain consistent and compelling brand identities, positioning, and messaging across multiple channels (print, digital, social, video, etc.)
- Oversee the conceptualization and execution of various creative deliverables, including digital and traditional marketing campaigns, websites, social media platforms, and branding collateral
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources in cooperation with our Account Managers to ensure that creative projects are delivered on time and within scope, balancing creative innovation with practical execution.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and cutting-edge design to the table
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate creative concepts to both clients and internal teams
- Ability to think strategically about how design and creative work tie into broader business goals and marketing strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of creativity and quality
