Bright Minds' risk advisory, insurance services, and M&A transaction services client is seeking an Associate, Portfolio Solutions to join their growing team. This remote, direct-hire role focuses on data analysis and managing projects aimed at enhancing private equity client portfolio performance.

Objectives and Essential Duties:

• Analyze data to improve portfolio performance.
• Manage portfolio projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Maintain strong partnerships with private equity firms through high-quality service.
• Support insurance, benefits, retirement, and due diligence portfolio solutions.
• Coordinate with due diligence and broker teams for insurance and benefits transitions.
• Report portfolio performance in insurance, benefits, and retirement to private equity firms.
• Provide risk management consulting for select private equity firms.
• Offer expertise in self-funded employee benefits to associates, clients, and prospects.
• Develop employee benefits sales strategies with executive and due diligence teams.
• Ensure effective communication with team members, clients, and prospects.

Education and Experience:

• 3+ years in data analysis, project management, insurance, or benefits/risk management.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Bachelor’s in business administration, data science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experienced in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 with strong Excel skills.
• Preferred experience with private equity or C-level risk management/HR support.
• Ability to travel domestically.
