About the Role:

This Project Manager role entails full lifecycle oversight of high-profile commercial interior fitout projects, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery. Initial responsibilities will include managing the newly awarded elevator lift shaft project, with a focus on site visits, collaboration with stakeholders, budget management, and contract negotiation. The Project Manager will ensure alignment with design specifications and cultivate strong client relationships, making this an ideal role for a professional ready to make an immediate impact in the commercial interiors sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial interior fitout projects with a focus on quality, timelines, and budget.
