M365 QA Test Lead (Remote with Travel)

Job Description:

We seek an experienced QA Test Lead to support a high-impact M365 migration project. This role requires a proven background in testing Microsoft 365 products and will involve developing and executing test plans, ensuring that all migrations meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Testing Subject Matter Expert (SME) for M365 migration testing.
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive test strategies and test plans for M365 applications.
• Execute test cases, identify bugs, and ensure all migrated data, applications, and workflows meet defined quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear, timely updates on testing progress and issues.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively relay testing outcomes, issues, and resolutions to team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience with M365 product testing and QA methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement test strategies and detailed test plans.
• Solid background in test case execution and bug identification.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Location:

• This role is 90% remote with occasional travel required to the Midwest and East Coast.
