The HRBP acts as a key link between the HR department and business units, helping to align HR activities with business goals and providing support to managers and employees.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Support: Work with managers to develop and apply HR strategies that help achieve business goals.
  2. Talent Management: Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development; assist with succession planning.
  3. Employee Relations: Address workplace issues, mediate conflicts, and support a positive work environment.
  4. Performance Management: Help managers with performance reviews, feedback, and setting development plans.
  5. Learning and Development: Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
  6. Data and Compliance: Track HR metrics, ensure HR practices comply with laws, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in HR or a related field

7+ years of HR experience

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of labor laws and HR systems
