Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong SQL proficiency to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing business data, translating business needs into technical solutions, and providing actionable insights to drive decision-making processes. This position requires a blend of analytical prowess, SQL expertise, and effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.

• Generate detailed reports and visual dashboards to present findings and recommendations.

• Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure data integrity and support data migration efforts.

• Monitor data trends and provide insights to guide business strategies and enhance performance.

• Document processes, create user manuals, and deliver training to end-users as needed.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on data analytics.

• Proficiency in SQL and the ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

• Experience with Agile methodologies is desirable.
