  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  2. Tip: If you're running Mac OS, click the Firefox drop-down list > Preferences.
  3. On the Content tab, click the Enable JavaScript check box.

  2. Click Settings.
  3. From the Settings menu, click Cookies and site permissions.
  4. Scroll down and click on JavaScript.
  5. In the JavaScript window, toggle the slider to "on" or "allowed."
  6. Close the Settings tab.
  7. Refresh the page.

Technical Product Owner

100% remote (occasional travel to MN or IL)

6 Month Contract, likely extension

Project Notes:

  • Tight timeline, need to hire fast.
  • Kristi leads Knowledge Management team and is also the Business Product Owner
  • Have a platform called CORE+ which is currently in use by industrial water field service teams
  • Have a backlog of priorities for this product, and want to bring efficiency to the field, a field forum to be added to CORE+ platform
  • Seeking a Technical Product Owner, this resource will technically sit in the Digital Department but will be a liaison between the Agile Product teams and the business
    • Need to comfortable speaking to the business, gather business requirements and translate them to the technical team resources. Help team through Sprint Planning, Execution, and Delivery.
  • Need to have experience with M365 and SharePoint Online. If they have experience with Copilot and Viva as well they would be great but more of a preferred requirement.
    • Viva Engage really helps surface their community forms, add on licenses and enable more crowd sourcing.
  • Knowledge Management experience - Know forums of knowledge sharing, retaining and surfacing trusted relevant knowledge and expertise to their field.

Candidate Profile:

  • Technical Product Owner Skillet. Do not need to be a coder or develop, just need to have a technical acumen when working with Technology teams.
  • Experience with Backlog Prioritization and refinement, writing user stories, requirement gathering, and building out features and roadmap.
  • Experience with M365, Copilot, and SharePoint Online. Viva experience preferred
  • Willingness to learn and dig in.

Experience with Azure DevOps is preferred but not required. Can have experience with other tracking tools like Jira.
