Job Description:

As a Senior Salesforce Developer/CPQ Specialist, you will leverage your deep expertise in Salesforce development, configuration, and CPQ to drive system enhancements, optimize sales workflows, and ensure seamless integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into technical solutions, and maintain a high-quality Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Configuration:

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
• Customize Salesforce applications to support business processes, including sales, service, and marketing.
• Implement Salesforce best practices for data management, security, and user experience.
• Develop, implement, and maintain CPQ solutions to streamline the quoting, pricing, and contract generation process.
• CPQ Management:
• Lead the design and configuration of CPQ solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and improve sales efficiency.
• Configure pricing models, product bundles, discounting rules, approval processes, and quote templates.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Finance) to implement and optimize CPQ processes.
• Ensure CPQ solutions are integrated smoothly with Salesforce and other business systems.
• System Integration & Optimization:
• Work with third-party integrations and ensure data consistency across systems (ERP, marketing automation tools, etc.).
• Implement integration best practices to ensure seamless flow of data between Salesforce and other platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CPQ, Salesforce, and system integrations.
• Collaboration & Mentorship:
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Provide mentorship to junior Salesforce developers and act as a technical leader within the Salesforce development team.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure smooth development cycles and deployment.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration, with at least 3 years specializing in CPQ solutions.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce CPQ, including pricing, product configuration, quoting, and contract management. (Minimum of 3 end to end CPQ projects)
• Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems (ERP, payment gateways, etc.)
