JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated Access & Infrastructure Support Specialist to assist in maintaining and improving our access and infrastructure services. This role involves Tier 1 support, fulfilling policy updates, and supporting access migrations, ensuring seamless and secure access to business-critical data and tools. The ideal candidate will effectively update existing processes, manage escalations judiciously, and contribute to new access control projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide Tier 1 support by triaging tickets in the "Access Troubleshooting" component and connecting requestors with appropriate roles or policy updates.
• Fulfill Tier 1 & 2 requests for "Policy Updates" to enable business access to data and tools.
• Support Tier 1 access integrators in executing the process for access migrations as outlined in SOP and design documents.
• Participate in activities supporting core business processes and migration to new access control projects.
• Utilize proprietary tooling for identity and access management, policy enforcement, and SQL Scripting for database management.

Must Have Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of SQL Scripting.
• Familiarity with basic Linux command-line operations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a history of technical or business analysis experience.

Required Experience:

• Preferably over 3 years of experience in technical or business analyst roles.
• Past involvement in security operations, service roles, or project management with a focus on identity and access management is beneficial.

This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in identity and access management, project management, SQL scripting, and Linux, who are looking to leverage their skills within a dynamic team to ensure secure, efficient access to critical infrastructure.
