  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for the Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC) with Case management system
  • 5-7+ years of proven experience with design and development of custom solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud, Lightning, batch apex, Lightning Component frameworks and Salesforce API.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce platform configuration and customization.
  • .Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
  • Practices DevOps methods like CI/CD, SDLC automation and proactive monitoring/telemetry
  • Participates in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives to enable progress, and surface and resolve impediments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certifications highly valued (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer).
  • Expertise in Einstein AI and integration in Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Hands-on experience with key Einstein tools, including Agent Studio, Prompt Builder, and AI GenAI & Predictive features.
  • Expertise in Einstein AI and integration in Salesforce
  • Running test scripts within SFCC
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
