Responsibilities:

  • Microsoft O365:
    • Provide comprehensive support for O365 solutions including Outlook, O365 Apps, M365, Email, and OneDrive.
    • Ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors for continuous improvement.
  • Windows Systems:
    • Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows servers ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
    • Provide Azure Cloud support, managing resources and ensuring compliance with best practices.
    • End User Support:

    • Configure and set up workstations according to company standards.

    • Monitor user activity and access, swiftly responding to any anomalies.
    • Implement multi-factor authentication for enhanced security.
    • Conduct regular reviews and audits of access rights to ensure compliance and security.
  • Global IT Service Delivery:
    • Guarantee the timely and efficient delivery of IT services across the organization.
    • Handle service requests and incidents with urgency and precision.
    • Provide support for ServiceNow, ensuring optimal utilization and user satisfaction.
  • IT Health Management:
    • Centralize patching processes for software updates and security patches.
    • Oversee technology lifecycle management, ensuring all hardware and software are up to date and in compliance.
    • Manage software licenses, ensuring legal compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
    • 10+ years of experience in IT Operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
    • Proven expertise in Microsoft O365, Windows Systems, and Azure Cloud.
    • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Identity, and Access Management (including Okta).
    • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks.
