RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a fully remote Employee Relations to join their team.
Essential Functions:
* Employee Relations will serve as primary investigator for technology incidents involving data loss violations end to end, including producing clear, concise investigation summaries, remediation documentation and utilizing a centralized case management system
* Review large Excel reports, analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources
* Use Excel to analyze data and metrics
* Provide outreach coordination support to team members
* Participate and lead data loss prevention status meetings, research incidents and flagging escalations for follow up
* Update data loss prevention status tracker
* Draft data loss prevention remediation documentation for review by Risk Operations Manager
* As an Employee Relations, you will collaborate with stakeholders across functional areas and P&C
* Provide general support as assigned for the Employee Relations/Risk Operations Team
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree from accredited university in related field or equivalent work experience
* Prior work experience in HR and/or working with people/sensitive matters; Personable and cordial demeanor
* Intermediate Excel experience and proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook and Word
* Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work with highly sensitive, confidential and private information of personnel
* High level of professionalism, ethical standards and excellent judgment
* Intense focus on quality and details and strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
* Strong ability to demonstrate flexibility and maintain focus while managing changing demands and priorities
* Ability to take initiative and complete tasks with confidence; Willingness to -roll up their sleeves- and do whatever it takes to get the job done
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
