Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Azure Infra Solution Architect with 12-16 years of experience to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Azure-based architectures. This role involves defining standards, ensuring best practices, and providing technical leadership to drive innovation and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Azure services, security, and architectural frameworks, with a passion for mentorship and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Create detailed architecture blueprints using Azure services, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability. Design infrastructure using models like Hub and Spoke and HADR to meet business requirements.
• Collaboration and Requirements Analysis: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and define architectural patterns aligned with business objectives.
• Standards and Guidelines: Develop and enforce Azure architecture standards and guidelines. Conduct regular architecture reviews to ensure project adherence to best practices.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to development teams on architectural decisions, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot complex issues. Mentor junior team members on Azure best practices.
• Innovation and Industry Trends: Stay updated on Azure developments and industry trends, integrating innovative solutions to enhance architecture efficiency and effectiveness.
• Security Implementation: Implement and manage robust security measures, including Azure Active Directory, Key Vault, and Azure Security Center. Enforce access controls, encryption, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Problem-solving and Optimization: Apply analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize Azure environments for performance, cost-effectiveness, and resource utilization.
• Communication and Documentation: Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders and develop detailed documentation of the architecture and operational processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications: Desired certification in Azure Solutions Architect.
• Experience: 12-16 years of experience in architecture design, with a strong focus on Azure environments and services.
• Skills: Expertise in Azure architecture, security protocols, cost optimization, and resource management. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
