• Serve as SME for Contracting, Sourcing, and Procurement processes in the implementation and management of ERP enterprise software systems.
• Lead project coordination, data handling, testing, and support for assigned sourcing and procurement subsystems, ensuring seamless integration and implementation.
• Map current business processes to new ERP requirements by understanding and documenting existing SAP/SRM Contracting, Sourcing, and Procurement processes.
• Partner with IT, the system integrator, and procurement teams to enhance departmental reporting capabilities, supporting strategic analysis, operational reporting, and decision-making.
• Support data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation activities for procurement data as part of the project lifecycle.
• Lead and participate in project testing, cutover, and hypercare support following go-live.
• Identify, document, and manage gaps, risks, and mitigation strategies throughout the project.
• Collaborate with the project team to determine training needs, assist in user training, and develop guidelines and documentation for users.
• Ensure that modifications and upgrades are tested thoroughly before live implementation.
• Develop and document workflow processes to optimize ERP system operation, collaborating with the system integrator and IT staff.
