  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead system architecture design and discovery sessions.
  • Customize Salesforce solutions with a focus on Einstein AI (Copilot, Prompt Builder, Case Classification, etc.) and Service Cloud integrations.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, define business requirements, write user stories, and provide detailed system and functional designs.
  • Detail business processes and create wireframes using process flow diagram tools, UML, and sequence diagrams.
  • Present technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise-level projects using agile methodologies.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce platform configuration and customization.
  • Expertise in Einstein AI and integration in Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Authority-level experience in defining system architecture landscapes and delivering comprehensive solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with key Einstein tools, including Agent Studio, Prompt Builder, and AI GenAI & Predictive features.
  • Knowledge of structured/unstructured data and Experience Cloud (MIAW, Omni-Channel setup).
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to rapidly learn and apply new technologies.
