Job Title: Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst

Summary Description of Position:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst with a proven track record of over 5+years in Salesforce CPQ implementations and a Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end Salesforce CPQ projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving system optimization to enhance the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Requirements and Process Analysis:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements related to Salesforce CPQ.
    • Analyze and map current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements leveraging Salesforce CPQ capabilities.
  2. Solution Design and Documentation:
    • Design scalable and efficient CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing, discounting, approvals, and quoting processes.
    • Create comprehensive documentation such as functional specifications, user stories, and process flows to guide development and implementation teams.
  3. System Implementation and Customization:
    • Lead the implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions, including configuring CPQ products, price rules, discount schedules, and quote templates.
    • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to customize solutions as required.
    • Conduct thorough testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets business needs and quality standards.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
    • Serve as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
    • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and demos to ensure stakeholders understand CPQ functionalities and best practices.
  5. Project Leadership and Support:
    • Drive project timelines, deliverables, and ensure successful CPQ implementations.
    • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and recommend system enhancements.
    • Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy across the CPQ platform.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Salesforce CPQ solutions.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ modules including product bundling, pricing rules, discount structures, and quote generation.

Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (required).
