Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience working as a Project Manager.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping and other core business analysis operations.
- Experience in government projects involving multi-stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in analyzing law enforcement systems and related practices.
- Experience in developing compliance reports for executive-level review
- Experience in creating projected budgets for technology, staffing, and maintenance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate projects involving multiple agencies and teams.
- Research and determine technology requirements, tools, and resources.
- Conduct impact analyses, such as evaluating call center implications.
- Compile necessary statutes, policies, and procedures for project success.
- Develop onboarding and support strategies for end-users.
- Create comprehensive budgets covering technology, staffing, and maintenance.
- Ensure project alignment with regulatory requirements and facilitate knowledge transfer.
