Job Description:

Responsible for collaboration across the organization for alignment and prioritization for initiatives, assist support technology resource management, assist in integration management across enterprise initiatives, and analytical reporting to assist in decision making. Work with each project to assist in ensuring coordinated integration between and amongst ongoing projects to eliminate risk of contention. Technical environment usage tracking . The technical project analyst works closely with the Project Management Office. You will also be responsible for the analysis, documentation, identification, and implementation of IT process improvement opportunities.

Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of working with technology systems background

Education/certification requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • PMP Preferred

Day to Day responsibilities:

  • Document dependencies between projects, including but not limited to: solution design, delivery of prerequisite system functions/features, availability of shared resources (people & technology), interdependent project activities, deployment readiness, test and production environments
  • Develop, maintain, update, and oversee high level integration management schedules for key enterprise initiatives. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify dependencies, opportunities, and risks. Help resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating stakeholder discussions and escalate issues where appropriate.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, provide recommendations, and work with stakeholders to implement changes.
  • Document new processes or current technology processes to understand inefficiencies or gaps.
  • Develop procedures for new and existing technology processes.
  • Develop, monitor, and compile relevant portfolio process metrics.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT and business area contacts concerning requests, and other portfolio matters. Build trust and relationships with key stakeholders and a network of peers.
  • Develop and improve training materials; provide training to end-users on new processes and Portfolio related technology solutions as needed.
  • Create recurring or ad-hoc reports and models for the purpose of allowing management to make data driven decisions.
  • Contribute to team documentation initiatives as needed. Contribute to group knowledge and best practices development.
  • Fosters environment of operational excellence and innovation through encouraging new process and technology automation for improvement in systems or workforce productivity.
