Business Analyst (Alternative Investments)

**THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE REQUIRING 3 DAYS ON-SITE**

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to analyze needs, define priorities, provide project estimates, and determine scope.
- Manage project timelines, scope, and quality control, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions, documenting, analyzing, and streamlining key client processes.
- Develop tailored solutions to meet specific client needs, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Maintain regular client follow-ups to provide project updates and confirm satisfaction levels.
- Organize and deliver client training sessions, enhancing user adoption and understanding.
- Provide ongoing client support with tasks such as report building, data quality monitoring, and integration initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor s degree or college diploma (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience, with a preference for background in financial services and alternative investments.
- Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to build and execute SQL queries.
- Experience with investor reporting and JIRA is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability in dynamic settings, and the ability to translate technical details into user-friendly language.
