LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Digital Product Manager, for a one year contract opportunity, working a hybrid schedule, for a company in Richmond, Virginia.

The Digital Product Manager will lead a team across multiple business, IT, and operational teams. Create and implement digital visions, strategies and roadmaps that address business needs. Meet with decision makers and end users to help identify business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals. Serve as technical point of contact in the presentation of the new system/application. Lead design sessions in prototyping new system. Develop and maintain design documentation for integration points between systems. Recommend controls by identifying problems and opportunities. Act as liaison to IT and Operations teams for managing change/release efforts and troubleshooting system and end user issues. Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.

Ideal candidate

MUST have 10+ years of financial services experience

5+ years of experience in the digital space

Experience as a people manager

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to relay ideas in both technical and user friendly language

Collaborate with a team

Contract Pay: $50 to $70 an hour
