Job description
Position Overview:
Were seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with strong managing and organisational skills. This role is ideal for someone who is both creatively inclined and analytically minded, able to manage and produce high-quality content for social media including editing video and posts creation, create and maintain google & meta ads, create & manage email marketing, and support CAEL overall brand and marketing goals.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless user experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Non Negotiable Requirement:
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.30 am -5.00 pm Canada time (EST)Online Monitoring: Daily tasks will be monitored through zoom / anydesk
Marketing
- • Content Creation: Design and produce engaging social media content, including images, videos, and promotional posts. Familiarity with trending formats and platform-specific best practices is a plus.
- • Social Media Management: Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement across channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, Youtube.
- • SEO and Hashtag Research: Use relevant tools to identify effective keywords, hashtags, and trends to optimise content visibility.
- • Email Marketing: Write compelling sales emails and newsletters that inform, engage, and convert potential leads.
- • Digital Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing paid digital marketing campaigns, including setting up ads on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram and any other portal.
- • Marketplace Content: Timely posting of listings on available marketplace platforms.
- • Wordpress: Proficient in JavaScript, CSS, WordPress. Backend editing, posting on wordpress.
Skills and Qualifications:
- • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
- • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, Capcut, VN and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- • Creativity & Analytical Skills: Ability to produce visually appealing content while also understanding metrics and performance analytics.
- • Written Communication: Strong writing skills for creating marketing content, emails, and promotional material.
- • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
