Role: Business Development Executive
The Business Development Executive will have the opportunity to work closely with Maxonic Business Partners, Sales, and Talent Acquisition teams and work with their unique business model of staffing. Maxonic processes are designed to balance client needs, practitioner needs, and practice revenue goals.

Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, including new markets and new clients
- Create Strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
- Cold call, build relationships with new clients, gauge their needs, and develop proposals to address them.
- Responsible for servicing and maintaining relations with entrusted clients while Onboarding New Clients
- Build excellent customer relationships at the C-level in the client organization. Understand the issues and challenges faced by the client executives and provide high-level Staffing Solutions
- Able to define and implement strategies that will help Maxonic become a strategic solution provider to direct clients.
- Build long-term relationships with direct clients and help them fill their staffing needs and contribute to their growth.
- Track and review all processes and parameters while collaborating with the business to drive metrics in the direction of the business goals.
- Understand the skills, strengths, and interest areas of the resources for better alignment to open positions.
- Coach & mentor the teams to deliver consistent deliverables with high-quality parameters.
- Responsible for constant interaction with clients and MSP s
- Well-versed in the Recruitment life cycle and staffing
- Excellent presentation skills and pleasing personality.
Qualifications
- 5+ Years of experience in Business Development and New Client Acquisition
- Approach New Client Acquisition: Direct Clients, VMS (Full time & Contract Placements) and generate business from them.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Proven leadership and relationship building skills (networking)
- Business acumen, attention to detail, Project Management
- Well versed with Technology
- Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be independent and a self-starter
- Strong ethical standards personally and in business conduct
- Bachelor s Degree Required.
