Job Description

We're looking for a contract consultant that can help us with our Talkdesk configuration.

We also use Twilio and Salesforce, but Talkdesk has been the tool that we've struggled to find an expert in.

  • All our systems are implemented, we just need to invest more in configuration.
  • We implemented an MVP configuration and as we grow, we need to invest more in our call center tooling.
  • Our goals are to both improve the performance of our call center SLAs and the agent experience.

We need things like:

  • Configure a callback queue for callers who have wait times of over 15 seconds
  • Estimated wait time announcement for callers who are on hold
  • Utilize Whisper feature that Talkdesk just implemented
  • Configure our Talkdesk studio flow to provide client-specific greetings based on the phone number they dial in on
  • Tooling to support agents - like a pop up that indicates what script should be used with the caller
  • Currently our outbound phone number is always 855. we'd like it to be local to the member we're calling
  • Cleaner reporting, since right now we export a lot of data and then format it in MS Excel
