ON SITE REQUIRED: 3-4 days /week

This position centers on business analysis, functional/technical documentation, and test planning for the Client's PeopleSoft Financials system, managed by Client Fiscal Services. The selected ERP Analyst will collaborate closely with technical analysts, financial officers, and stakeholders, including Fiscal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Client Information Systems and Services (ISS) development teams, to enhance PeopleSoft Financials' security and operational efficiency. Reporting to the ISS Project Manager, the role involves a 40-hour work week.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Strong background in system design and development, with a focus on process improvement and business/technical requirements gathering.
  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft Financials, workflow documentation, and test planning.
  • Experience with QA validation, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and training material development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a self-starter attitude to drive work to completion.

Preferred Experience:

  • Specific familiarity with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Asset Management.
  • Experience with Client-related projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Document PeopleSoft processes, configurations, and business workflows.
  • Prepare user and technical documentation.
  • Develop test plans and collaborate with SMEs and project teams to gather business requirements for system enhancements and modifications.
  • Engage with ISS technical teams and vendors to integrate requirements into design and testing.
  • Conduct systems integration testing, create test plans, track results, and develop training sessions.
  • Keep Business Owners and ISS technical teams informed of project impacts and progress

Skills
Experience in system design and development, with a focus on process improvement and business and technical requirements gathering
Experience developing test plans, use cases, and performing quality assurance validation, user acceptance testing, and regression testing
Experience with PeopleSoft Financials
Experience documenting workflow processes
Experience in the development of training materials and conducting user training
Specific experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing (functionality limited to storing POs and Receipts for matching), Accounts Rec
Project experience with COV projects.
