  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Senior Legal Counsel

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite) in Morristown, New Jersey, USA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on various corporate legal matters, ensuring compliance with US laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including commercial agreements, licensing agreements, and IT product and services agreements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures aligned with best practices in the U.S.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory compliance matters, including employment law and other relevant areas.
  • Provide comprehensive legal support for mergers and acquisitions, including conducting due diligence and drafting transaction documents.
  • Represent the company in dispute resolution proceedings, including arbitration and litigation, ensuring the company's interests are protected.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably within a corporate legal department in the United States.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify legal issues and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex legal concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as an individual contributor while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, conducting due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and representing clients in dispute resolution proceedings.
  • Graduation from a Tier-2 or Tier-3 law school in the USA or equivalent.
