The Team:
Our team produces dynamic toy fair galleries, trade show displays, live events, in-store pop-ups and sets for TV commercials and still photography shoots, supporting iconic brands such as Barbie, Hot Wheels, and Fisher Price, among others. Our skilled expertise includes project management, CAD, graphic design, carpentry, fine art and industrial painting, welding, 3D printing and sculpting. Our work appears in San Diego Comic Con, Las Vegas Licensing Show, New York Toy Fair, Nuremberg International Toy Fair, Musée des Arts Décoratifs at the Louvre, Paris, Art Basel Miami and F.A.O. Schwartz Time Square, NY.
The Opportunity:
The Production Coordinator is central to the day-to-day functionality of the Global Events Team. The role will report to the Lead Production Coordinator and work at Headquarters in El Segundo, CA.

What Your Impact Will Be
- Responsible for coordinating departmental purchases, IT requests, travel (including domestic and international airfare, hotels and ground transportation), as well as local courier and domestic/international shipping requests.
- Responsible for maintaining departmental office supplies, job numbers, meeting notes, timesheets, internal calendars, and show schedules.
- Liaison with internal Purchasing, IT, and Facilities departments.
- 1-3 years’ experience in related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) preferred but not required
- Passion for their work and commitment to delivering first in class assets
- Team player who thrives on collaboration
- Ability to work over-time and occasional weekends
- Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
- This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base hourly rate will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
