Job Description:

• The QA Manager is accountable for driving the day-to-day execution of the external vendors executing the testing for key Horizon worlds content and communication with our QA vendors while advocating for a high-quality bar across multiple titles.
• You will have 5+ years of QA project management experience in video game development, as well as experience working with third-party vendors. Working directly with our external QA partners, you will manage the QA processes for new content launches, drive improvements in game testing processes.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple products in QA simultaneously Work directly with our development teams from Beta to launch, delivering high-quality functional releases Drive improvements in game testing processes, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration Work cross-functionally with multiple internal groups (marketing, comms, software, hardware, content).
• Hold teams accountable to QA processes Be an advocate of the QA process for all pieces of content releasing on our platforms.
• Regularly communicate updates to project stakeholders, both internal and external Update data tracking tools with the latest project information Attend weekly QA calls and project risk meetings, surfacing information to stakeholders with enough time to take action.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of QA Project Management in VR, Mobile, or PC video games years
• 5+ working with external vendors or remote teams
• Understanding of the game production life cycle, tools, process and execution planning
• Experience with Compliance and Certification testing
• Experience with end-to-end game QA process
• Familiar with multiple bug tracking databases
• Effective communication skills across all levels of an organization
• Passion and familiarity with multiple genres of PC and/or console games

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience shipping AAA titles on console/PC or Mobile
• Experience scaling QA teams and operations Platform QA and new hardware development experience VR development
• Experience with Salesforce
