Jr Data Analyst(2-4 yrs of experience)

This is Hybrid position in Addison, TX(3 days/week Onsite), Need candidates who can work on W2 ONLY

Reconciling, entering and updating resource data which received on a weekly and monthly basis
Performing weekly and monthly data validation to ensure data correctness
Uploading and validating business case data
Performing analysis of resource data
Supporting business case level resource management
Supporting capital allocation process
Testing Client resource tool changes
Partnering with Business Management, HR, and Finance to support resource-based decisions

Data entry and data analysis experience in a complex environment
Team player with a continuous improvement mindset, keen attention to detail, and excellent time management skills
Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and drive who can proactively identify and prevent potential problems in an ambiguous environment
Strong problem-solving, collaborative and communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure and effectively balance multiple concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite with the ability to create data models using Microsoft Excel
Discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information To fulfill this role successfully, you should have the following minimum qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree (BA/BS)
Minimum Years of Experience: Two (2) years of professional experience
Minimum Years of Experience: One (1) year of analyst experience, preferably accounting / financial / complex data
Excellent communications skills
Work from office 3 days a week It would be helpful in this position for you to have the following capabilities and/or distinctions: Minimum Years of Experience: Three (3) years of overall experience preferred Minimum Years of Experience: Two (2) years of financial analyst experience
Resource management experience
Experience in the Hospitability and/or Technology industries
