Risk Governance & Frameworks Analyst

We are currently seeking a Risk Governance & Frameworks Analyst for a long term contracting position located in either Vienna, VA or Pensacola, FL. This is a hybrid schedule working onsite 2-3 days a week. Candidates must have experience leading risk and/or compliance related activities in a financial services organization.

The selected candidate will collaborate in the development and maturation of the organization's Enterprise Risk Framework, Risk Directives Framework, Issues Management Framework, Risk Governance Framework, and Risk Training Strategy to support the growth and maturation of the organizations second line of defense risk management activities.

Required skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise or operational risk management
Experience with policy, procedure, and process development
Experience leading risk and/or compliance related activities in financial services or other relevant industry
Effective skill in building strategic and execution-focused plans and alliances with stakeholders and leaders
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs
