The position is on site in San Francisco, CA. M-F 8am to 3pm
The HR Administrator is an entry-level position. We are a fast paced staffing firm working with clients nationwide across a variety of sectors including technology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and non-profit. We are looking for a HR administrative assistant in San Francisco, CA (the Richmond district) to be based on site in our offices. The candidate will be responsible for and duties typically include: (1) answering calls, (2) data-entry, (3) filing, (4) employee on-boarding: (5) coordinating candidate submittal and interviews with clients, and (6) employee support and timecard collection. Opportunity to also get experience interviewing potential candidates for recruiter phone screens.
Requirements:
Good Communication
Basic Computer Skills
Proficiency with MS Word and Excel, Outlook
Bachelors Degree is a plus
Will accept entry level candidates with good education and communication
Training will be provided
Fast Learner
Working in a fast paced environment
