  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead Business Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications that support critical business processes. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring that Pega solutions align with business needs and objectives.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

8+ years of experience in Pega platform implementation.

Proven experience as a Pega Business Architect with 2+ years in a lead role.

Certifications:

Pega Lead Business Architect (PLBA) certification is required

Skills & Competencies

In-depth understanding of Pega BPM and CRM applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Experience in creating and managing business process models, rules, and data models.

Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and driving consensus.

Familiarity with integration patterns, web services, and APIs within the Pega ecosystem.

Preferred Skills

Experience in industries such as healthcare, finance, or government.

Familiarity with Java, SQL, and other technologies used alongside Pega.
