The Program Manager will be responsible for overall project delivery for our clients, acting as either direct project manager of large projects, or as program manager over multiple related projects. You will be responsible for driving success of a project from start to finish, participate in project reviews, manage disposition of issues and project scope changes, participate and approve project plans as required, manage, review and prioritize project work plans with objectives to stay on time and on budget, provide status and progress reviews to executive team and conduct risk management analysis as well as client management as required. Program managers are expected to provide coaching and skills development of the project managers they work with. If needed for clients, you will also create and drive Organizational Change Management plans in conjunction with your projects.

This position will be required to be on-site at the client in Missouri up to 50% of the time for up to 12 months. After that period the role may transition to primarily remote, with occasional travel for major project milestones.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information technology, computer science, engineering, business or related courses

  • At least 10 years of direct experience in Project Management and Program Leadership with proven record of success

  • PMI-PMP, PMI-PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification

  • Previous experience with Organizational Change Managementing, including Prosci, CCMP, or similar qualification a plus

  • Previous project experience with Oracle Fusion is required: manufacturing, supply chain, and finance are preferred areas of knowledge.

  • Able to collaborate with internal and client stakeholders, including business analysts, business users, architects, client relations, project managers and sponsors

  • Skilled in project progress and metrics reporting for project teams through executives

  • Able to use various project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall

  • Experienced in balancing critical issue resolution and competing priorities

  • Skilled in identifying client training requirements and customizing training content as needed

  • Excellent communication skills across multiple timezones, countries and cultures required
