Summary
The Project Manager will work closely with the Development Team, as well as the IT Leadership Team.
Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight and management of IT development teams.
• Responsible for running standups, tracking iteration work, escalating issues to Management, and generating PM level reports.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, processes, metrics, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
• Communicate clearly and timely with team members; both praising a job well done and providing guidance on methods to improve capabilities and velocity.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Project Management experience working on software development projects.
• Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery.
• Ability to work closely with Development Team and drive them to achieve objectives.
• Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods.
• Multi-tasker who is comfortable working alone or in a team environment.
• Detail oriented, ability to assess a situation quickly and form a plan of action.
