Position Overview
The primary responsibility of the Executive Director - Product Management is to build and lead our product vision for casino management from the ground up.
The Executive Director - Product Management will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our Casino Management products, from concept and development to launch and ongoing optimization. The Executive Director – Product Management will lead a talented team of product managers and work closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, marketing, and operations to create and enhance products that drive player engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Las Vegas Sands Corp.’s policies, practices, and procedures. All Las Vegas Sands Corp. Team Members are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times. Team Members are required to observe the Company’s standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for casino management that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and ongoing enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to support professional growth and development.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure alignment on product strategy and go-to-market plans.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights that inform product decisions.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user satisfaction.
- Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact casino management products.
- Advocate for innovation and new ideas that enhance the overall product portfolio.
- Perform job duties in a safe manner.
- Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on the gaming or casino industry.
- Proven experience in building and scaling products from the ground up.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
- Previous experience with JIRA and Confluence will be an advantage.
- Demonstrates ability for action and accountability.
- Strong understanding of casino operations, player behavior, and gaming regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management, other Team Members and outside contacts of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
