JOB SUMMARY:

NVISION is an award-winning hybrid digital marketing agency combining execution with strategy, providing a full-spectrum service from web design & development to digital and social media marketing. The PPC Specialist will work with our current and future clients looking to reposition their brand in the market, resulting in a more dynamic presence reaching new audiences. By fully understanding our clients audiences and business goals, the PPC Specialist will lead the strategy and optimization of client advertisements and manage media buying budgets. This includes search engines as well as social media platforms. The PPC Specialist will work alongside their peers who lead in other digital services such as SEO, Email and CRM, and Social Media Marketing, so it is essential to be a team player in order to support our clients in multiple offerings at once.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, including data gathering, campaign management, ad creation, and analysis.
  • Design and execute PPC strategies aligned with client marketing goals, encompassing lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion optimization.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
  • Measure and report campaign performance, assessing against goals such as ROI and KPIs.
  • Implement and manage tracking mechanisms for various campaign elements, including website traffic, clicks, conversions, and other relevant metrics.
  • Configure and optimize conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager to accurately measure and attribute conversions.
  • Utilize Google Analytics 4 and other relevant tools to gather in-depth insights into campaign performance, audience behavior, and attribution.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on real-time performance metrics to enhance efficacy and ROI.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize advertising spend and achieve maximum impact.
  • Implement strategic bid management and cost-effective campaign designs to increase ROI.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of PPC advancements and leverage cutting-edge tools and technologies to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
  • Communicate complex strategies in accessible terms to build and maintain client trust and loyalty.
  • Provide strategic consulting to clients, ensuring they are informed, engaged, and confident in campaign direction.
  • Set up and maintain Google Tag Manager configurations for tracking purposes, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Generate and deliver comprehensive reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on key performance indicators

ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Accountable for the results of the paid campaigns being prepared and optimized. You are expected to report on progress and to provide context on what is being executed.
  • Internal education - accountable to effectively educate internal partners & stakeholders on new developments in paid digital advertising on all relevant platforms.

OTHER SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • Proven experience in PPC campaign management, with a strong track record of driving results and ROI. A minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

While NVISION services clients all over Canada, this position is at the NVISION headquarters in downtown Markham. Our staff works under a hybrid model, with the flexibility to work from home or the office. You may be required to go into the office occasionally, depending on your role and NVISION operational needs.
