We're currently working with a company that specializes in various types of insurance policies for both direct customers and companies. They're looking for a talented and experienced Data Integrations Engineer to join our dynamic team and help streamline our data integration processes using Informatica or IDMC (Informatica Data Management Cloud).
This role will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing data integration solutions to ensure smooth data flow between systems. This position requires hands-on expertise in Informatica PowerCenter or IDMC and a deep understanding of ETL processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient data pipelines that support data warehousing, reporting, and analytics efforts. The role will be 4 days a week onsite in their Andover, MA, office.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in data integration, ETL development, and data pipeline automation.
- Strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying complex ETL solutions.
- In-depth understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with data transformation, cleansing, and quality assurance processes.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data integration in cloud environments.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize integration processes for scalability and performance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Design, develop, and maintain data integration workflows using Informatica PowerCenter or IDMC.
- Build and optimize ETL processes for large datasets to integrate data across multiple platforms.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and cleansing to ensure data quality and consistency.
