Key Responsibilities:
Responsible to lead end-to-end Adobe and Google Analytics tracking codes across digital platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to identify tracking needs and ensure accurate data collection.
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, traffic trends, and user behavior.
Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Familiarity with GTM for effectively managing and deploying marketing tags across digital properties.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript with hands-on, real-time experience in implementing tracking solutions and analytics configurations.
Experience with iOS and Android native platforms to analyze and implement analytics tagging.
Proficient in using tools such as GitHub, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Veracode, and SonarQube for version control, application management, and code analysis.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to assess the impact of marketing campaigns and site changes.
Provide recommendations for improving site usability and conversion rates based on data analysis.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Thoughtspot).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and web development is must.
